What does the first-place selected parent receive?
The first-place selected parent will receive the Parent Home Organisation Experience, which includes complimentary in-home organising support for one nominated room or defined area, together with a complimentary In-Home Visit Consultation. I will personally
organise the space and implement practical systems designed to support your family’s daily routines.
What spaces can be organised?
You may nominate one child-focused area to be organised, such as a children’s bedroom or wardrobe, study area, or play/toy room — thoughtfully arranged to encourage smoother routines and support children’s
independence with play and tidying.
How long does the organising session take?
The time required varies depending on the size and complexity of the space. An estimated timeframe will be provided within 24 hours following the Home Visit Consultation.
Do I need to purchase storage or organising products?
Not necessarily. Wherever possible, I’ll work with what you already have.
If additional items are recommended, these will be optional, discussed with you first, and any storage products required will be at the client’s expense.
Who is eligible to apply?
Applications are open to parents residing in the following Brisbane suburbs: Ascot, Hamilton, Clayfield, Hendra, Newstead, New Farm and Teneriffe (QLD).
The application window closes
19 February 2026 at 11:59 PM (Brisbane time).
How will participants be selected?
Five (5) parents will be selected by SecondMe Services following a review of all applications. Selections are based on the stories shared, the challenges described, and alignment with the purpose of the Parent Home Organisation Experience.
How will selected parents be notified?
Selected parents will be contacted directly via phone and/or email.
Are there any timeframe requirements for the first-place selected parent?
Yes. The first-place selected parent must:
Book the complimentary In-Home Visit Consultation within 24 hours of being contacted
Confirm the service date within 48 hours of receiving the estimated timeframe
Complete the complimentary organising
service on or before 5th March 2026.
What do the remaining selected parents receive?
The remaining four (4) selected parents will each receive 20% off an in-home personal organiser package with SecondMe Services. A Home Visit Consultation fee applies. This preferred client offer is valid when booked
and paid by 20 March 2026.
Do I need to clean before your visit?
No deep cleaning is required. A general
tidy of the selected area is helpful so we can focus on organising, but I’ll guide you on
anything needed beforehand.
Please note that this service focuses on organisation, not cleaning.
Do you provide cleaning services?
No. SecondMe Services provides personal organising support, not cleaning services.
However, if needed, we’re happy to
refer you to one of our trusted cleaning partners. Any cleaning services arranged will be at the client’s expense.
What if I don’t respond in time?
If the selected parent does not respond
within 24 hours, SecondMe Services reserves
the right to select another entrant.
Is this transferable or
redeemable for cash?
No. The Parent Home Organisation Experience and any associated offers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
